Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Flat rate or calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at additional cost
Free shipping on orders over 100 Euros (Domestic Only)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries.
Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery time may range from 7–21 business days depending on the destination.
4. Shipment Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
